Milk is one of the most classic gay films to date. Milk tells the story of Harvey Milk who was a gay activist in the era of the 70s. The film is a journey of all of the successes and failures that Milk faces during his time advocating for rights of our gay community. The film showcases the adventure, fun and passion of the gay community in San Francisco during the time. It also showcases the political aspects as well. The diversity that the city was facing during that time is accurately highlighted and portrayed by the directors and actors that collaborated on the film.
